Cancel a booking and get a refund

Open My games, find the game and choose Cancel. You can cancel until the game starts. Your seat goes to the next person on the waitlist.

If you paid by card, your refund follows the host’s cancellation policy, shown on the game page and on your booking: a full refund when you cancel before the cutoff, the host’s partial rate inside it, and nothing once the game has started.

Refunds go back to the card you paid with. Your bank shows the credit in 5 to 10 business days.

Join a waitlist and claim a seat

When a game is full, choose Join waitlist on the game page. A seat that opens goes to the first person in line.

For a free game, or one you pay for in person, you are booked the moment a seat opens.

For a paid game, we hold the seat for you for 30 minutes. Open My games and choose Complete payment to keep it. If the 30 minutes pass, the seat goes to the next person and you leave the line.

We do not send email or text alerts yet, so check My games.

Get paid as a host

Open the account menu and choose Billing & payouts, then connect your payout account with Stripe.

Once Stripe confirms your account, you can set a price on your games and players pay by card when they book. Stripe sends the money to your bank on its payout schedule.

Until then, your games can be free or paid in person at the rink.

Change your password

Open Reset password, enter your email, and follow the link in the email to set a new password.

If you sign in with Google, your password lives with Google.

Change your email address

Change your email under Settings → Email. We send a link to both addresses.

Delete your account

Open the account menu and choose Delete account.

Cancel your upcoming bookings first. If you host, cancel your upcoming games or add another owner to your organization.

Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone. Your profile, sign-in methods, saved cards and preferences are removed. Past bookings and payments are kept without your details.
